IN THIS ISSUE

My mantra this morning.
I loose and let go, I let go and trust.
I release and be free.
I am free.

Last's week's newsletter message was liken to a permission slip to myself.

I feel the main intent of that message
Was to help myself to dial it back some
Not push so hard and over deliver so much content each week,
And let everyone know
I may miss a Wednesday now and again
Or maybe even publish on a different day.

It's amazing what seems to happen
Once the inner perfection driver is given a break!
I'm feeling more relaxed and choosing topics that energize me.

Maybe some of you might even appreciate and personally benefit from my transparent moment here. Goodness be, I know some of us have the inner driver and the inner perfection parent!

May we all find ways to lighten up a bit.

Here is what most stood out to me this week

THIS IS SUCH AN EXCITING TIME TO BE ALIVE RIGHT NOW

A chat with Drunvalo Melchizedek about his new book (2025)

🔆 Drunvalo’s Message in Essence:
A New Light, A New Earth, A New Human

“We are living in a moment unlike any in the history of this planet—or this universe.”

🔆 A New Sun Has Risen

We are now bathing in a brand new frequency of sunlight—a pure white light never seen on Earth in over 13.8 billion years. The color and quality of our sunlight has literally changed, indicating a cosmic upgrade. This shift is part of a solar phenomenon known as the “Flash Star”—a multidimensional event where the Sun will eventually release a surge of ultra-high-frequency light to Earth.

Rather than this being destructive, as some fear-based narratives suggest, Drunvalo says it is being done in a new, benevolent way—one never seen before. The white light will surround and uplift the Earth, potentially initiating massive consciousness shifts.

🔆 Revelations from Egypt

In tandem with this cosmic transformation, Drunvalo reveals a stunning archeological discovery in Egypt: a 12x12x12 foot cubicle room, covered wall-to-wall with names and inscriptions from the Bible—dated 4,000 years before the Bible was written

🔆 The Living Book: Consciousness as Author

The next book in his series, Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Volume 4, now in progress, is being created not in the old way—but through consciousness itself. The pineal gland and other spiritual centers in the human body are guiding its creation, bypassing conventional logic. This book, Drunvalo says, will include entirely new information that has never existed in written form. It’s not “channeled,” it’s awakened within the human form itself, heralding a new kind of living wisdom.

🔆 The Return of the Merkaba—Reimagined

Drunvalo hints that humanity is on the brink of receiving a new form of Merkaba—the energetic light-body vehicle—unlike any known before. These Merkabas will allow humans to travel anywhere in the universe instantly, representing a quantum leap in our understanding of space, time, and spiritual physics.

🌟 Closing Message from Drunvalo:

“What is about to happen on Earth… your mind won’t be able to comprehend how it’s even possible.

But it’s real.

And it’s happening now.”

Drunvalo urges us all to stay tuned, stay connected, and keep our hearts open—because this isn’t just another cycle of change. It’s the long-foretold cosmic flowering of humanity.

DISMANTLING CORE BELIEFS

Shema's Latest Substack on the Power of Each Thought
I begin my formal invite to the freedom community

Dismantling Societal Core Beliefs About Cartels, Big Pharma, and the Machinery of Control

A 7 Part Series: Part 1 The Quantum World — Reversing “We Don’t Want” into “This Is What We Are Creating”

And even if you already have read this Substack, here is the Activation Process again, for this is an ongoing practice. Over time we build new neural pathways in the brain, for this uplifted way of thinking.

🌟 Quantum Activation Practice

(Simple and actionable for today)

1. Catch Yourself:
Notice one moment today when your mind says, “I don’t want…”
2. Transmute the Thought:
   Pause.
   Breathe.
   Then reverse engineer it:
✨ “Given that, what DO I want?”
3. Declare It:
   Say it aloud.
   Write it down.
Feel it ripple into the field as a living command.
4. Gently, powerfully reverse it:
   "I choose..."
   "I create..."
   "I nourish..."

Every small reversal matters.

Example:

✨“I don’t want medical tyranny.” → “I am creating a society of transparent, soul-aligned healthcare.”

Your words are spells.

Your focus is your wand.

Your soul is the architect.

Every choice reshapes the field.

You are not just surviving a system.
You are outgrowing it.

Each word is a world you are building.

✨ You are the new world, seeded and rising.

Sacred Music and Sacred Prayer

Sometimes I am drawn to music that helps me attune to the message for the newsletter. Today this most amazing song sets my heart into remembrance of coming home.

Mantra Music: Ong Namo by Snatam Kaur

I just adore the end of song when she sings this.

"I bowed my head to God
and God took all of me
Every imperfection
God took all of me

Everyday
God lives and breathes in me

All my beloved
Kindness of the heart
Breath of life
I bow to you"
